When her menstruation is over, it will be permissible to engage in physical intimacy with her husband whether with or without condom. If the bleeding is Istihadha, it is also permissible. Her Salah should be with Wudhu for every Salah if the blood does not fill the pad. If blood fills the pad but does not leak out of it, one Ghusl in the morning is to be added. If blood fill and leaks out of the pad, another two Ghusls are to be added to make the total Ghuslvthree, vibe before Mornung Salah, second before Dhuhr and third before Maghrib Salah.

She must ascertain that her cycle has finished, and be sure that it is no longer haydh, but istihidhah. Until then, it is haram to have intercourse, and using condom is irrelevant in this ruling.

Istihadha requires you to perform Wudhu for every single Salah whether obligatory or recommended. If the Istihadha has occurred before performing your Salah, your every Salah needs to be with a new Wudhu.

If Istihadha occurred immediately after you performed your Prayers,v your Prayers which performed are valid, but coming prayers need a new Wudhu for every Prayer. This is when the blood is little which does not fill the pad.

Istihada إستحاضة is defined as the abnormal vaginal bleeding which is not the regular  menstrual bleeding. Blood of Istihada is usually yellowish and cold and is emitted without gush or irritation and it also not thick. Menstruation bleeding has minimal period which is three days and maximum days which are ten days, while Istihada has no minimum nor maximum days. During menstruation, female does not pray Salah nor fasts, but during Istihada, she has to perform Salah and fast during the month of Ramadan. She needs just to perform Wudu for every Salah if the bleeding is less than filling the pad. If the bleeding fills the pad,b she has to add one Ghusl before morning Salah. If the bleeding is more than that and it fills the pad and leaks out of the pad, then she had to perform three Ghusls; one before morning Salah, second before Zohr Salah and the third a Ghusl before Maghrib Salah.

Every obligatory Prayer is obligatory on you when you have Istehagha blood but you need to perform for it either one Wudhu for every Prayer if the quantity of blood is little which does not fill the pad, or add with one Ghusl before Fajr Prayer if the blood fills the pad but does not leak out of it (Medium Istihadha) or perform three Ghusls daily; one before Fajr Prayer, then one before Dhuhr Prayer then one before Maghrib Prayer, when the bleeding fills the pad and leak out if it (Big Istehadha).

There is no special Prayer named as Istihadha Prayer., but if you missed any Prayer during Istehadha, you need then to perform it as Qadha like any obligatory missed Prayer.
