When her menstruation is over, it will be permissible to engage in physical intimacy with her husband whether with or without condom. If the bleeding is Istihadha, it is also permissible. Her Salah should be with Wudhu for every Salah if the blood does not fill the pad. If blood fills the pad but does not leak out of it, one Ghusl in the morning is to be added. If blood fill and leaks out of the pad, another two Ghusls are to be added to make the total Ghuslvthree,vibe before Mornung Salah, second before Dhuhr and third before Maghrib Salah.

She must ascertain that her cycle has finished, and be sure that it is no longer haydh, but istihidhah. Until then, it is haram to have intercourse, and using condom is irrelevant in this ruling.
