1. There are many serious concerns about dangerous effects of Kava including serious health conditions and deaths. 
2. Kava is used by many people as a drug which affects the brain. This means that it is a type of intoxicants.

3. According to the above, Kava is a damagingly harmful material and hence its using or marketing is not permissible .
