Bismihi ta'āla

Yes, it is allowed, but jurists include it as one of the makruh things to do when with spouse. Some jurists also said that this is specific to the man. He can still have a top on, or cover himself with something. 

One view is that this at a time that the intention to copulate is for conceiving a child, where all mustahab and makruh things should be observed, as angels could attend, and out of shyness to the angels. This view is based on a hadith from Imam al-Sadiq (a.s.), from the Prophet (s.a.w.).

Yes, it would be allowed, as long as it does not entail any other haram act. However, you must look at it ethically, and whether would it be appropriate to be in such proximity to a non-mahram?

No, you cannot "renew" your nikah. What you can do is add conditions as a part of a binding contract ('aqd lazim), and it will be binding.

In shar'i terminology, the fluid that excretes from sexual arousal is called madhi, and it is tahir. Only semen is considered najis.

It is mustahab to wash your hands before wudhu'. As for the wudhu' process, your hands must be washed as a part of your right arm and your left arm, including every part of your hand.

Your husband should concentrate his focus on you, and not aim at pursuing his lust. He should focus on building a family with you, and living a prosperous and productive life. You have a right to object, and you also have a right to ask for divorce. That will be your choice and your choice only.
