Congratulations on your proposal. If he meets the right requirements for a spouse, and there is compatibility, and families are happy, go ahead.

No, there are no restrictions, other than the basic shar'i matters, like halal food, no alcohol, etc. Besides this, you and him can visit them in Christmas, and be with them, like any other family.

Is Kaffara required if I leave a hickey, a love bite, on my wife or if she leaves one on me? Is there unanimity on this matter among the main Maraji'?

Is there a Hadith from Imam al-Sadiq (a) that states that a man should not engage in sexual relations with his wife while naked? If so, does this imply that only the man must be clothed, or does it mean that both partners should not be naked?

There are narrations that do mention some of these things, but most of our esteemed scholars do not mention it as one of the makruh acts during intimacy, meaning that they might not hold that level of authenticity.

You must refer to your Marja' taqleed on this, but whatever the case is, it is not haram, nor even firmly established as 'makruh'.

It is only when a name is specifically that of the Ma'sum (a.s.), or as one of the holy names of Allah ta'ala that would make it necessary to correctly dispose.

If it is an individual's name, there are no shar'i requirements that need to be observed. However, if the personal name includes one of the names of Allah ta'ala, like 'Abdullah, or 'Abd al-Rahman, etc, then that part must be respected according to the shar'i requirements.

It is a blessing that you have decided to proceed with circumcision, which is an important practice in Islam, and very good physically. Due to your age, the healing process will be bit longer and inconvenient, but the earlier you do it, the better.

If a woman has a 7-day menstrual period, with the final 2 days being lighter and unsure if it is menstrual bleeding or Istihadha, is it permissible for her to engage in physical intimacy with her husband using a condom?

She must ascertain that her cycle has finished, and be sure that it is no longer haydh, but istihidhah. Until then, it is haram to have intercourse, and using condom is irrelevant in this ruling.

Is it necessary to wash a newborn goat covered in blood? Additionally, if we are purchasing goats and are unsure if the previous owner washed them, should we regard them as Najis or Tahir?

No, it is not 'necessary', and as for what is previously owned, that's also not necessary to ascertain, or to wash. If you want to wash the animal, you can, but it's not wajib.

I follow the Taqleed of one Marja and have access to his Tohzil e Masail. However, I encounter some questions outside the syllabus for which I do find answers in another Marja's Tohzil e Masail. What should I do in this situation?

Alhamdulillah, all our esteemed Maraji' have official websites and easy channels of commication. Just make sure they are "official". Regarding scenarios or questions you might not find in his Tawdhih al-Masa`el, or Risalah 'Amaliyah, their websites usually have frequently asked questions, and you can also email, ring, or visit the office in person, or ask the Marja's wakeel.
