In general, it would be allowed to move something that belongs to someone else, as long as there is no implied reason as to not touch someone else's property, or that one would be putting themselves in harm, or face a problem. Moving something that does not belong to you needs to be justified, and if something happens to it, you could be responsible for it.

No real scholar has the right to discourage questioning his verdicts or opinions as they admit that they are never infallible. Nevertheless,v the questions should be based on evidence or for seeking evidence for the sake of Allah (SWT) and not for any worldly reason.

As this matter is still under research and discussion between our Islamic scholars, there is different opinions on it. Some scholars prefer to wait to get full details before issuing a verdict, e,g Ayatullah Siatani who did not give a verdict on cryptocurrency till now. There are scholars who said that it is allowed to deal in cryptocurrency as fas it does not violate the rules and regulations of the country where you live, and it does not harm others.

The rulings related to jewellery and items that have verses of the Quran, names of Almighty God, and also names of Ma'sumeen (a.s.) is that the script must not be touched unless one has wudhu', and that it is not contaminated with any najasah.

If you have a ring, or a pendant, or something that has such script on it, and you know you cannot avoid touching it, or it touching your skin and you might not be on wudhu', then one thing you can do is cover it with a layer of colourless see-through nailpolish.

With the layer over the script, you will not have a problem if you are not in wudhu', and you touch it, or it touches your skin.

As for when you go to the toilet, you do not necessarily need to remove the jewellery, as long as you keep it away from najasah. If you think it might be contaminated with any najasah, then it is wajib to remove it.

And Allah knows best.

I don't think we have any mention in our texts specifically about this subject.

However, in general, it is said that Imam Mahdi (A) will make some adjustments to our understanding of Islam on areas where people became confused during the course of history. Also, he will bring overall large amounts of knowledge, as well as justice.

Furthermore, the Prophet (S) was concerned about the ill-treatment of women around him.

So it seems reasonable that he will probably address this subject also, but it isn't possible to say how. (We will have to wait!)

When your Marja' has not issued a Fatwa (verdict) on a specific matter, you can refer to the second Marja' who is next highest in the degree of knowledge according to most senior Ulama of the Hawza.
