Fixed profit makes the deal a sort of interest which is unlawful in Islam. Many of our scholars say that it is permissible for a Muslim to receive interest given by non Muslim which lawful according to them.

If the funds of the Bonds are invested in lawful business, it will be then permissible to invest in such bonds, but if the money is invested in any unlawful business like alcohol, gambling, usury, etc then it will be forbidden to invest in it.

There are scholars who said that it is allowed to deal in cryptocurrency as fas it does not violate the rules and regulations of the country where you live, and it does not harm others.
