If it is water resistant, you cannot do wudhu with it. As for a fake tan, as long as it is not "water-proof", you can do wudhu over it.

The criterion is water reaching the skin, for wudhu and for ghusl.

And Allah knows best

Such medical condition has different degrees. If gas keeps on passing continuously with out holding period. In this case, you perform Wudhu for every Salah  and pray even if gas passes during prayer.
if gas stops for a while enough to pray the obligatory Salah, then perform Wudhu and Salah during that gap even if you leave recommended acts of Salah just to keep your obligatory Salah with Wudhu.

Indeed, you must be concerned, and if not stopped, it will consume her, and make her life miserable, and everyone around her as well.

She must only follow her shar'i takleef. Nothing more, nothing less. Her duty is to constantly dismiss her doubts, and consider whatever she does as correct, even if other thoughts enter her mind, and even if she continues to think she did it wrong. She ignores it.

Once she does this for a while, it will, in shaa Allah, break the cycle of her intrusive thoughts.

And Allah knows best.

Most Shi'i scholars consider it necessary to remove nail polish for wudu'. (This is apart from the view of the late Ayatollah Fadlallah, who did not consider it necessary to remove it for wudu'.)

However, regarding feet: In Shi'i fiqh, for wiping the feet in wudu, it is necessary to wipe from the tip of one toe to the ankle. If one toe does not have polish (such as the little toe), one can do the wiping including that toe, and fulfill the requirements of wudu. However, that does not work for ghusl, since you need to wash everything.

Hands: The above doesn't work for hands.

Mathy مَذي is not Najis and it does not harm Wudu. You don't need to perform Wudu again just because of Mathy.

When you are not sure about it, and have just a doubt, it means that your Wudu is still valid and your prayer is valid as well.

It depends on your health condition. If your urine keeps dripping continuously with out few minutes of break, then you should perform one Wudhu and pray. If your urine dripping stops for few minutes which is enough for you to quickly perform Wudhu and Pray only the obligatory acts of Salah, then you must perform Wudhu and Salah within that minutes of purity.

Small hairs do not harm Wudu because water can reach to your hands, but any subject which prevents water from reaching to your skin must be removed before performing Wudu.
