Such medical condition has different degrees. If gas keeps on passing continuously with out holding period. In this case, you perform Wudhu for every Salah  and pray even if gas passes during prayer. 
if gas stops for a while enough to pray the obligatory Salah, then perform Wudhu and Salah during that gap even if you leave recommended acts of Salah just to keep your obligatory Salah with Wudhu.

All of us need to seek from Allah, The Glorious to Grant us whatever He Know the best for us and never rely on our wishes and thinking and imaginations which are based on our limited knowledge, while Allah (SWT) Knows everything which is good for us. Relying on Allah's order is the best for us.

It is, religiously, not recommended to keep a dog indoors, but you are allowed to keep one. However, if you have a dog inside, you should be careful to observe the laws of taharah and najasah, especially regarding prayer (salat).

Yes you are obliged to always be keep good relation with them because they are your family from which Allah (SWT) Has created you. Stopping speaking with them will never help you but will increase your problems as well as make you a sinner. Those who cut ties or have bad dealings with their relatives are cursed by Allah in Quran.

You can not take back your promise to Allah (SWT) as far as you are able to fulfill it even with reasonable difficulty. If you don't fulfill your promise to Allah, it will a sinful act, and you must face a heavy Kaffara which is called Kaffara of breaking the promise كفارة العهد which is feeding sixty poor believers.
