Sexual toys are not permissible in Islam whether used for external play or otherwise. The permissible sexual activity is between husband and wife and not with a toy or anything else.

No. You do not need to do ghusl. The only time you will need to do ghusl is when the seminal discharge is by ejaculation, or intercourse. The pre-seminal fluid, etc, do not need ghusl. In your case, as it came out with urine, it just needs washing.

The first step is to make sure the husband cooperates, so that he does not refrain from granting divorce, as that will make things difficult. Speak to your family, and your local scholar, and follow the procedure for shar'i divorce.

Is a Mut'ah marriage valid if there is no intercourse but there is physical intimacy, even if there is disapproval from parents?

The simple shar'i answer is no. The contract she enters into will not be valid. However, one must not look at this only from a shar'i side, but more from a moral and social aspect as well.

In general, it is Islamically wrong and very disloyal if one engages with relationships without knowledge and blessings of parents. If they disapprove, that is even worse.

If a husband engages in drinking or adultery, is the wife still required to fulfill her responsibilities, such as cooking and intimacy, or can she refuse him and choose to live separately until he repents?

Wife must fulfill her duties towards her husband even if the husband is a bad person committing sinful acts. Husband suns are on him but it can never exempt his wife from her duties as a wife. Her suffering because of her husband's bad deeds will add in her reward as patient person as lady Asian tolerated her very bad husband Firaon.

Wife can not refuse her husband nor live separately. Yes she should never help him in any wrong act.

If I was unaware of Ghusul al-Janabah due to my young age and learned about it years later, do I have to repeat all my prayers and redo every year of Ramdan fasting?

If you could ask about your religious responsibilities and rules but you ignored to learn,you then need to repeat every Prayer and fasting done with out proper purity from Janabah.
If you had no way at all to ask or learn your religious responsibilities, then you do not need to repeat.

Oral sex is permitted and is not makruh. However, one should not swallow anything which is najis such as semen. Swallowing such liquids would be haram. It is also permitted for a wife to perform oral sex while in the state of hayd.

After having intercourse, I urinated about 5 minutes later and then immediately performed Ghusl. About 15 minutes later, I noticed a sticky liquid in my underwear. Is it necessary to repeat the Ghusl in this situation?

After urinating, all the remaining semen has gone away. The liquid which you saw later is called Wathi وذي which is not Najis and does not require any Ghusl or Wudhu. You do not need to repeat your Ghusl.

Does a Mutah marriage automatically end when the specified time expires? If intimacy was a prerequisite, does that influence the conclusion of the Mutah?

Mut'ah is a time fixed Islamic marriage which ends automatically on the end of the agreed time. Both can renew the Mut'ah by reciting another Mut'ah contract with a Mahr and a new period of time if they wish.
