A wife is a female partner in a continuing marital relationship.
The term continues to be applied to a woman who has separated from her partner, and ceases to be applied to such a woman only when her marriage has come to an end, following a legally recognized divorce or the death of her spouse. On the death of her partner, a wife is referred to as a widow, but not after she is divorced from her partner.

Whatever your view may be about man-made laws and courts, it has nothing to do with shirk and kufr. It seems the issue your wife has with you is not about courts. What you should is try to mend the relationship, if you can, and avoid having these kind of arguments.

Wife must fulfill her duties towards her husband even if the husband is a bad person committing sinful acts. Husband suns are on him but it can never exempt his wife from her duties as a wife. Her suffering because of her husband's bad deeds will add in her reward as patient person as lady Asian tolerated her very bad husband Firaon.

Wife can not refuse her husband nor live separately. Yes she should never help him in any wrong act.

As a wife, in what specific circumstances am I required to shorten my prayers to fulfill my religious obligations?

If you mean by shortening your Prayer performing it as Qasr, then it is obligatory to pray Qasr during traveling unless you reach to a place where you intend to stay less than ten days.

'If you mean by shortening your prayer, performing it with less recommended acts, then it should be clear that if your recommended worship clashes with your obligatory duties as a wife, then you should not ignore the obligatory for the sake of the recommended.

Husband and wife are allowed to enjoy themselves between themselves using any part of their own body. Using sex toys is not permissible between husband and wife because it involves something else not from their own body.

Can a father not meet his child after having a Khula from wife and wait till he gets married and gets settled in his own life, as the child is in different country with her mother?

Islam does not allow anything which makes the child away from his parents. Cutting ties with any of the relatives is a sinful act, what about with the parents??

Even if the mother is divorced from the father, the rights of both of them on the child remain intact and both of them must maintain continuous contact between themselves child and his both parents. Father remains responsible to spend on his children till they are able to earn their livelihood.

What are the boundaries for a man regarding physical intimacy with his wife during fasting?

From a shar'i perspective, only penetration and ejaculation would invalidate a fast, but if they know that even less than this will lead to ejaculation, they must be avoided as well.

In general, while fasting, each side should stay away from these things, and focus on preserving the high quality of their fast, which one aspect of it is supressing lust.
