Man

A man is a male human. The term man is usually reserved for an adult male, with the term boy being the usual term for a male child or adolescent. However, the term man is also sometimes used to identify a male human, regardless of age, as in phrases such as "men's basketball".

Woman must cover her hair and body during Prayers even if she is away from any Non Mahram who can see her.

Man does not need to cover his head during Prayers although many Muslims do that due to cultural reasons. It is recommended for man to wear a turban during Prayers, not just to cover his head.

To start with, it should be mentioned that it is not always to take the witness of a woman as half of the witness of a man. In many cases, the witness of woman is equal to the witness of man, especially in matters related to the personal life of the woman herself.

Allah, The Most Merciful knows the abilities of His creatures. Women are delicate human beings because life needs them to be delicate to provide love and sympathy to her husband and children. Testimony is usually a challenge because it is countering another party who claims something different. In many cases, man is able to face this challenge alone but a woman needs another woman to share with her facing the challenge.

This is not the full reason but just to try to analyze the situation.

Allah The Glorious knows the full wisdom. All rules in Islam are based on The Absolute Knowledge, Wisdom and Mercy of Allah (SWT).

Wassalam.

In Shi'ah fiqh, a triple-Talaq is invalid and has no effect, nor would a single-Talaq have any effect if the conditions of Islamic divorce are not met. It is very important that as angry as a husband may get, he must avoid uttering such words, whether they have a shar'i effect or not.

According to Islam all humans are the servants of Allah and slavery is wrong. However the time of Prophet a lot of people were slave and slavery was acceptable in the world. Islam started to teach people that it is wrong and to free the slaves step by step . First Islam gave them rights and made rules to support them....

Anyway according to Islam the female slaves were like the wife of the owner and the male slaves were mahram.

When we say Prophet, if we mean that high level of humanity it was and it is possible even for women to be Prophet, to receive message from Allah at least for herself.

But Prophet as a person who receives message from Allah and send it to people :

1. It is not easy to prove that all Messengers were men, as we do not know all of them.

2. (if we accept that all of them were men) It was a hard job that according to situations of that time it was not proper for women.

3. According to understanding of some scholars from Quran, saint Mary was a Prophet! So even women could be Messengers.

The burden of prophet hood is very heavy and Allah (SWT) who can carry it . Only 124000 prophets were among billions of human beings which means that most of people can not carry such heavy burden.

Women can never carry the responsibility of prophet hood not only because that it is very heavy, and because of the physiology of menstruation and pregnancy,  but also because of the fact that prophets are sent to men and women, yet men opposed and denied , and woman can not deal with men especially when there is a challenge against those who deny the message and try to eliminate the prophet or his message. We read in Quran about prophets who were killed ( Is it that whenever  a messenger came to you with what yourselves do not desire, you grew arrogant, some of them you denied and some you killed ) (Al-Baqarah ; 87).

Most pious ladies in human history (Lady Fatimah, Khadija, Zainab, Maryam and Asiya ) who suffered a lot in the way of Allah, were never prophets simply because arrogant men will not accept a message from Allah through them.

Blood money (Diyyah) is a penalty and compensation money to be given to the family of the person who was killed to compensate the financial loss. If the killer committed the crime deliberately then he must be punished and Diyyah will not be enough.

Diyyah of man is more then the Diyyah of woman because man is usually the person who works and spends on his family and the financial loss of his family is much more.

Pious men will be getting their pious wives with them in Paradise but in a completely different shape. Allah (SWT) will make their wives in the best shape that they can not even imagine in this life. The pious wife will be more pretty than any Houri.

Pious women who did not have pious husbands in this life will be granted pious husbands in the Paradise.

Marriage is based on sacred commitment, love, respect, honour and tolerance. Each of these features is a fundamental pillar of marriage. Anything that disturbs the internal cohesion of a spousal relationship must be avoided.

This married man is doing wrong by neglecting his wife, and this could lead to oppression. Should he have issues with his wife, they need to be addressed through communication, or through counceling.

If it is purely him pursuing his lust, then this will destroy the harmony of his home, and hence it will get him nowhere.

This clip speaks about how to deal with a promiscuous husband:

In Islam, sexual foreplay between husband and wife is highly recommended and encouraged, in whatever form or kind it may be. Both husband and wife must equally be satisfied with by fulfilling their sexual urges, and it is very important to accommodate to the sexual needs of one's spouse.

Sexual climaxing is not only naturally and intimately important, but will also strengthen the relationship as well.

As for when a wife is in her menstrual cycle, vaginal penetration is haram, but any other kind of sexual please is permissible.

However, foreign instruments must not be used, and also najasah like blood or semen must not be swallowed.

And Allah knows best.

The main purpose for attending places of worship is to worship, and not to mingle and mix with people of the other gender. This means that we need to keep the atmosphere in mosques and Islamic centres as spiritual as possible. With mixing between genders, this might lead to unwanted outcomes that would go against the ultimate purpose of places of worship.

It is also a matter of convenience for both genders.

This in no way does it mean that females are to be left out of any active participation in programs, or for them to feel marginalised. Rather the opposite. In most places of worship, our sisters are actively contributing to various religious and social programs. However, we know as Muslims that we do not accept "free mixing," and therefore we must preserve the moral and spiritual purity of our environment.

There are times when women must be on one side, and men on the other, and there are times when brothers and sisters can be together, keeping it within the shar'i boundaries of Islam.

And Allah knows best.
