Performing Salah with the congregation has great importance in Islam and the reward of Salah with the congregation can not be compared with Salah individually at home. If you feel that praying at home makes you focus more, you can do so in recommended Salah which is double the number of the daily obligatory Prayers. Daily obligatory Prayers are 17 Rak'ats, while the daily recommended Prayers are 34 Rak'ats. It is mentioned in many authentic Hadeeths to perform recommended Prayers at home and perform the daily obligatory Prayers in the Masjid with the congregation (Jama'ah).

When first town in congregational prayer is full, second row should start from the middle behind the Imam of Jama'ah. Filling the second row by standing on the right side is more recommended than left side of the Imam of Jama'ah.

If your genetic gender was female (XX) then you are a female. If your genetic gender was male (XY) then you are a male even if you have gone through surgeries to look like a female. If your genetic gender is male (XY),  you should avoid looking at females without Hijab because you are a male.

It is recommended for the followers of Ahlul Bayt (AS) to pray in any Masjid with any Muslim sect. This does not mean to pray like them even if the act is wrong according to authentic evidence, Folding hands in Salah was never done nor approved by the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA). Maliki Sunni sect do not fold their hands in Salah. None of Sunni Imams claimed that folding hands in Salah is Wajib or Fardh. Authentic evidence says that we should never fold our hands in Salah even when we pray with non Shia Muslims. Taqiyya situation is different when you feel a risk or danger on you, then you can pray like them to save yourself or other believers.

Same situation is regarding Sujood on the carpet which is against the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA). In Bukhari, the Hadeeth from the Prophet : Earth was made for me as a place of propstration, and as a place of purification (Tayammum).

Praying in the Masjid and with Jamaa’ah (congregation) has greater reward than praying alone at home. This is in the obligatory Prayers, but performing recommended Prayers at home is much better than in the Masjid. While you perform recommended Prayers at home, you will have full chance to do long Sojood and recite long Du’a. So, kerfirn your obligatory Prayers in the Masjid and your recommended Prayers and supplication and worshipping at your home.

No unless the Marje' of Taqleed permits. Usually such works should be funded by the believers from their own money and not from the money of Khums which should go to the most deserving people.

In fiqh, the religious director or an Islamic centre, or the Imām of the mosque is referred to as Imām al-Rātib, and his role is important in managing the religious affairs of the mosque. He can receive a regular income for his various services, like lectures, counseling, religious management, etc.

It is problematic for the religious scholar to receive any financial benefit from doing something wajib or teaching something wajib, and even for jamā'ah prayer itself. It is not befitting for talib al-'ilm to be paid for leading prayers in itself, but he can receive salary for the preliminaries for these things, like travelling expenses, rent, and so on.

Indeed, the more financially stable the religious scholar is the more effective he will be in serving his community.

And Allah knows best.

Masjid Namirah is a well known Masjid in Arafat area. It is mentioned that this Masjid was built on the place were the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) gave his famous sermon in Arafah when he performed Hajj on the year 10 after Hijra which is called  Hajjatul Wadaa' (The Welfare Hajj).

Masjid Namirah is important for the followers of Ahlul Bayt (AS) as it is one of the places where the Prophet (SAWA) visited and gave  a sermon.  The Prophet (SAWA) prayed Dhuhr and Asr prayers together. All Muslims admit and accept this fact. No one can claim the the Prophet prayed Asr before its time. It means hat he tme of As starts immediately after performing Dhuhr Prayer.

Till now, all Muslims pray Dhuhr and Asr together in Arafah. This Prophetic worship itself is another evidence that what Shi'a Muslims practice is completely authentic and it is from the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA).
