Salah ("worship", ‏صلاة‎; pl. ‏صلوات‎ ṣalawāt; also salat), or namāz (Persian: نَماز‎) in some languages, is one of the Five Pillars in the faith of Islam and an obligatory religious duty for every Muslim (Male & Female, with certain exemptions based on Taqwa). It is a physical, mental, and spiritual act of worship that is observed five times every day at prescribed times.

If I have urinary incontinence, should I perform ablution and clean myself for each prayer, or is it sufficient to do one ablution for both Dhuhr and Asr prayers?

It depends on your health condition. If your urine keeps dripping continuously with out few minutes of break, then you should perform one Wudhu and pray. If your urine dripping stops for few minutes which is enough for you to quickly perform Wudhu and Pray only the obligatory acts of Salah, then you must perform Wudhu and Salah within that minutes of purity.

Dhuhr . Asr . Time . Dhikr . Salah (Prayers)

If I miss my Dhuhr and it is Asr time, should I sit for Dhikr after making up Dhuhr and then pray Asr, or do I do Dhikr after praying Asr. Does this apply for every missed prayer? Should I always do Dhikr after praying the current Salah if I missed one?

We must perform every obligatory Prayer on its time and never delay it till its time goes away. If you did not pray your Dhuhr Prayer, you must perform it before performing your ASR Prayer. Dhikr is highly recommended after every obligatory Prayer. Tasbeeh of Fatima (SA) is highly recommended after every Prayer and it is more beloved to Allah (SWT) than one thousand recommended Rak'ats, according to Hadeeth from Imam Ja'far Al-Sadiq (AS). Reciting Ayatul Kursi is also highly recommended after prayers.

I haven't prayed since I was 11 years old, but I want to start praying again but I do not know how to start. Should I start praying straight away or do I have to do something beforehand so that I can prepare myself?

You must start praying right now with out any delay. If you know that Ghusl is obligatory in you and you did not perform it, you must perform Ghusl of Janabah immediately and start praying.

Qadha . Intention (Niyah) . Salah (Prayers) . Nafl . Salatul Layl

Does the distinction between Qada’ and Ada’ in Niyyah apply solely to obligatory prayers? Do voluntary prayers like Salat al-Layl, when performed after Fajr, remain voluntary and not subject to Ada’ or Qada’, with the intention being Qurbatan ila Allah?

As obligatory Prayers have Adaa' when it is performed within its time, and Qadha; when it is performed after its time, recommended prayers also have Adaa' when it is performed within it's time, and Qadha when it is performed after it's time. Qurbatan ilallah is a condition in every worship, yet Adaa and Qadha should be in your intention.

Although it is highly recommended to pray in a mosque, especially if you live close to it, but it would be permissible to pray at hom if the person wants to, or for whatever reason.

If I forget to perform Ghusl after Janabah and later realize it 6 to 7 hours after reciting Salah, what should I do to rectify my prayer and ensure my worship is valid?

If you discovered that your Ghusl was definitely wring after 6 to 7 hours, you must redo the Ghusl in the proper way and perform your obligatory Prayer after the valid Ghusl. Invalid Ghusl means every worship performed after it is invalid until you perform a valid Ghusl.

Is it permissible to place your hands on the ground first during Sujud due to issues with knees and ankles, and to rise in the same manner? Does this affect the validity of the prayer?

After using the bathroom or during certain activities, I sometimes feel as if urine has leaked, but I am unsure. If it has, do I need to repeat my prayer, or should I continue praying until I am certain that no further drops have occurred?

If you clear urine track after urinating by (Istibraa), doubted drops are not Najis. If you did not do Istibraa, doubted drops are Najis.

Are the prayers of Hanafi followers of Sunni Islam considered valid?

Followers of any Muslim sect e.g. Hanafi, Shafi'ee, Maliki, Hanbali are Muslims like the followers of other Muslim sects. Prayers must be like the prayers of the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) as he said: Pray as you saw me praying صلّوا كما رأيتموني أُصَلّي

While praying, I was in my second Ruku and leaned forward to rise, but then recalled I needed to perform Tashahud, so I went back down to do it before continuing my prayer. Is my prayer still considered valid?

Yes, your prayer is valid but you need to perform two Sajda of Sahw immediately after your prayer. Sajda of Sahw is prostration and saying : BISMILLAH WA BILLAH ALLAHUMMA SALLI Ala Mohammad Wa AALI Mohammed. Then sitting and prostrating again and repeating the same. Then saying Tashahhud and Salam.

If I accidentally make sounds during my prayers, does that invalidate them? This occurs frequently, and I often find myself repeating my prayers multiple times because of it.

Passing gas during Salah invalidates Salah because Wudhu is invalid by passing gas. If you are sure that you passed gas whether intentionally or un intentially, your Wudhu is invalid and your Salah is invalid and you need to perform Wudhu and Salah again.
