Death

Death is the permanent cessation of all biological functions that sustain a living organism. Phenomena which commonly bring about death include aging, predation, malnutrition, disease, suicide, homicide, starvation, dehydration, and accidents or major trauma resulting in terminal injury. In most cases, bodies of living organisms begin to decompose shortly after death.

Cremating dead animal body is permissible unlike cremating human dead body which is absolutely Haraam (forbidden). Keeping the ashes of the dead animal is permissible. I advice you to think about any real benefits you can get from any action you do.

Suicide is a major sin because it is a crime of murder and it is a result of another major sin which is loosing hope from the mercy of Allah. Every believer in Allah should believe in his great mercy, which is much more greater than any difficulty or hardship, people who commit suicide,do so after loosing hope and thinking that their problems have no solution, and by committing suicide they try to run away from the problems this feeling of not hoping the mercy of Allah itself is a major sin.

The fact that sinless children who die during their childhood will go to paradise is a part of the mercy of Allah[THE Exalted]. The most merciful,The most compassionate.

Allah (SWT) Knows what is in the heart of every one and we are not entitled to judge the intentions of people. Allah Knows why there were killed and what was in their hearts when they were defending their homes and families. We read in the Hadeeths that a person who dies while defending his family or land will get the reward of Shaheed.

'Our responsibility as followers of Ahlul Bayt (AS) is to support the oppressed against the oppressors as Ameerul Mo'mineen Ali (AS) ordered us: Be against the oppressor and with the oppressed.

It is not allowed in Islam to punish with fire. If such act was done by any Muslim, it means that he did not follow the Islamic law.

Yes. Every deed which remains will cause more reward if the deed is good like building a Masjid or water will etc, or bad like unlawful business or any sinful acts. The reward for good deeds continue, while sins of bad deeds continue as well. The Hadeeth says: He who initiates a good deed which remains, will get its reward and the reward of every one who follows it, and he who initiates bad deed will face the sin of it and the sin of everyone who will follow and act on it.

This claim is not from Sunni Muslims but from Wahabi sect. Sunni and Shia scholars believe that reciting any Quranic verses or chapters and gifting its reward to the deceased helps the deceased as well as the reciter. Fatwa centre in Egypt ( Daar Al-Iftaa' Al-Masriah دار الإفتاء المصرية) has published a verdict (Fatwa) in Al-Watan newspaper confirming this.

Every pious believer including the martyr will be dying with peace and will see Ahlul Bayt (AS) on his death, who will give him glad tidings about the Mecry of Allah for pious believers. Angles of mercy will also give the pious believer glad tidings and look after him. Martyrs never die, but remain alive in a type of life which we can not feel as Allah says in Quran (And say not of those who were killed in the Way of Allah as dead. Nay, they are living but you perceive not. (Sura 2, verse 154).

Every believer who dies on the love of Ahlul Bayt will die as a Shaheed. This is according to Hadeeth narrated from the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) in Shia and Sunni books like

1- Tafseer Al-Zamakhshari V. 4,

2- Tafseer Al-Fakhr al-Raazi, V.27. P. 165.

3- Tafseer Al-Qurtubim V.16, P.22 and 23.

4- Tafseer Ibn Arabi, V. 2, P. 219.

5- 'Tafseer Al-Tha'aalibi, الثعالبي V. 5, P. 157.

6- Yanabee' Al-Mawaddah by Al-Qondoozi Al-Hanafi, V. 2, P.332.

Lady Maria Bint Sham'oon was a very pious wife of the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) and the only wife after Lady Khadija who had a child from the Prophet (SAWA). She suffered a lot from the jealousy of Aysha daughter of Abu Bakr and Hafsa daughter of Umar. She was been accused by them of having her son Ibrahim from another man. This false allegation was refuted in Quran.(Sura Al-Noor, verse 11). She continued suffering from them after the passing away of the Prophet for five years. She passed away on Muharram, year 16 after Hijra, during the government of Umar and was buried in Al-Baqee'.

I am sorry to hear about your loss.

It is your decision whether or not to remarry. Now that your husband has passed on, I am sure he would want you to be happy and more secure for the rest of your life.

However, possibly you are still going through the mourning process and aren't ready; maybe if you meet the right person and it is the right time, you will feel inside that it is the right time. Maybe the way you are seeing things right now suggests that it isn't quite the right time.

Religiously speaking, there is no benefit to putting extra restrictions on ourselves or making ourselves suffer more than our circumstances require. Sometimes people do this with a sense that Allah rewards difficulty. However, life is difficult enough without putting extra restrictions on ourselves!

People in jannah can be with whoever they want, whether or not they remarry.

As sad as it may be to lose a spouse, remarrying is completely your choice, and it will not undermine your loyalty to your marhum husband. Loneliness is never good, so if the opportunity arises that you can marry a noble, caring, pious and religious man, you should do so. This will certainly not affect who you will be in the afterlife, in Heaven, in shaa Allah.

Life is challenging, and having a partner of good choice will assist you in everything coming ahead of you, in shaa Allah.

And Allah knows best

Yes, of course you can do that, and it is rather recommended to do charity work and noble deeds on behalf of others, alive or passed.

You will indeed be rewarded equally, if not more for your consideration of doing good deeds on behalf of others.
